  1. Hi.

I want to port this ROM (AOSP Extended – all other ROMs don’t boot at all) to my device (VOYO Q101, 2GB/32GB, 3.10.65+ kernel, MT 6753).

Unfortunately, it is booting …forever. It is not looping. It is just booting (the “Google dots” animation) forever…

      • My friend, I have just tested your latest guide.
While changing /system/ I think is ok, changing fstab (partition layout) + changing/comparing init.67xx files causes stucked at logo.

IT IS partially working, as I said, WITHOUT changing fstab file (just kernel in boot.img). However is booting forever with error:
        01-01 02:04:43.633 308 308 F libc : CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE “/system/bin/xlog”: cannot locate symbol “xlogf_set_level” referenced by “/system/bin/xlog”…
        01-01 02:04:43.633 308 308 F libc : Fatal signal 6 (SIGABRT), code -6 in tid 308 (xlog)
        01-01 02:04:43.696 316 316 F DEBUG : *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

I think there is a problem with the symlinks? (in updater-script)

ALSO, I want to mention that it DOESN’T WORK if wiping data+cache+system+dalvik (before flashing zip). Wiping just data+cache is OK.

  2. It is not working, my friend. It is booting, but it is booting forever.

CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLES … cannot find symbols. There are some binaries which are not linked, I think. I tried to link manually, but no success….
